At Tiqetify, operated by Avighna Digital Private Limited, we understand that plans can change. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for our dummy flight ticket reservation services.

Understanding Our Service

Tiqetify provides temporary flight reservation services (dummy tickets) for visa application purposes. These are real, verifiable PNR bookings that can be checked on airline websites but are not actual confirmed flight tickets.

Important: Dummy tickets are valid for 48-72 hours and are intended solely for visa application purposes.

Refund Eligibility

✅ You are eligible for a refund if:

  • We fail to deliver the dummy ticket within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • The PNR provided is invalid or cannot be verified on the airline's website
  • Technical error on our part prevents ticket generation
  • You cancel within 1 hour of placing the order (before ticket generation)
  • Duplicate payment was charged due to technical error

❌ You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • Dummy ticket has already been generated and delivered successfully
  • You change your mind after ticket delivery
  • Your visa application was rejected (this is not under our control)
  • You provided incorrect passenger or flight information
  • The dummy ticket has expired (natural expiry after 48-72 hours)
  • You cancel more than 1 hour after order placement

Refund Amount

Full Refund (100%): Issued if we fail to deliver or provide invalid PNR
Partial Refund (50%): May be issued for cancellations within 1 hour (processing fees apply)
No Refund: After successful ticket delivery

Special Circumstances

Visa Rejections: We understand that visa rejections can be frustrating. However, since our service is limited to providing dummy flight reservations and we have no control over visa approval decisions, we cannot offer refunds for visa rejections.

Exceptional Cases: In cases of genuine hardship or exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team. We review each case individually and may offer credit for future services.

Processing Fees

Payment gateway charges (typically 2-5% of transaction value) are non-refundable as they are charged by third-party payment processors (PayPal, Razorpay, etc.) and are not retained by Tiqetify.
